Residents participate in ~ 60 sims by the time they graduate in addition to specific procedural practice ensuring competency and ease with even the most difficult and rare presentations and skills.

With a simulation director, 2 full time simulation technicians, open lab hours, and numerous high fidelity mannequins and skill stations, residents have easy access and expertise guidance.

Collaborative skill building and team communication is achieved with inter-departmental simulations to include nursing, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy
