A monthly lecture series aimed to prepare residents for a successful career as both an EM physician and an Air Force Officer.

Preparation for OPR bullet writing, managing finances, understanding deployment opportunities, and career path options. Gain professional networking and a better understanding the functioning of the Air Force and how EM physicians fit into the mission.
Enables resident leadership opportunities and ensures education and development in officership alongside physician growth.
